The Arc of Placer County is a great organization to be a part of, either as a client receiving services, as a staff member or as a community volunteer. Our programs offer a wide variety of activities ranging from opportunities for community involvement, personal development, exploring creative outlets, and building meaningful support systems with peers and the public systems that serve our clients. If you are interested in receiving services with us, explore the Attend Our Program page to learn more.
We are always looking for positive and engaging staff and volunteers. Join us in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by becoming a member of our team. We will post job openings and volunteer opportunities as they become available.
Our staff, board of directors and clients attend local community club meetings, legislative hearings, high school transition nights, and town hall informational meetings.
To learn more about our industry and important policy issues that impact the families of and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in California and the nation, we encourage you to visit The Arc of California and The Arc, and our Advocacy & Information page.
